What You'll Learn:
First Trimester
Every day seems to bring about a new change in your body. Understanding those changes and how to manage them is what these sessions cover.
Second Trimester
Maybe you're feeling energized during this pregnancy stage and you want to prepare, "nest" and get ready for baby. Clients learn about baby development, emotional & healthy relationships, and birth preparation during these fun sessions.
Third Trimester
Wow! Where did the time go?! Baby is almost here now and it's time to learn labor & delivery details, after-delivery care, and of course, newborn care!
